 Rules and Regulations

The Lake Days Eufaula, LLC Aqua Park floating play apparatus is an activity-based area that requires a certain level of fitness, agility and stamina. The obstacles of the course are all inflatable items anchored into place and floating on the water surface. As such, they may be slippery. Therefore, expecting to slide and fall on the units into the water. The following are the requirements for you, as a participant, to be eligible to buy tickets and use the park.

• You must at least 5 years old to enter. Children 10 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times. 
• We discourage persons with congenital heart disease, hypertension and other serious illnesses to use the park and including conditions which are exposure to heat and strenuous activities which by using the park area may aggravate these conditions.
• Persons with mobility issues and/or precious injuries as in the following and including the back, knee, hip and joint problems are restricted unless they have medical clearance from their Physician.
• Pregnant woman should not participate in the park area usage.

DO use the buddy system while inside the park.
DO wear proper swimming attire: Rash Guard, board shorts, bikini’s, and other clothing that are form fitting. Spandex is acceptable.
DO play barefoot or in aqua/swim shoes.
DO wear Coast Guard approved personal floatation vest provided and fitted by our certified Lake Days Lifeguard. 
DO turn over on your back when you fall in the lake, so you can breathe effortlessly.
Do us both hands when climbing and descending structures in the park.
Do be careful of other participants around you.
Do be a friend to others when needing assistance.
Do take notice where lifeguards are. They are your support.
Do follow all lifeguard’s commands and orders.

DON’T bring sharp objects inside the park.
DON’T tumble or flip.
DON’T dive head first into water.
DON’T swim under the units.
DON’T bring food and drinks onto the park.
DON’T smoke inside the park area.
DON’T wear jewelry, earrings, or eyewear.
DON’T wear sandals or slippers.
DON’T push other people into the lake.
DON’T play rough
DON’T leave the park without the lifeguard notice.
DON’T remove the personal floatation vest until you are on the dock.
DON’T enter the aqua park under the influence of alcohol or medication or illegal substances.
DON’T play around at the top of higher structures. Proceed down in a cautious manner.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
We can allow bringing in mobile phones and/or action cameras however Lake Days Eufaula, LLC Resort WILL NOT be liable for any damages or losses to the equipment. Drones are not permitted unless having special permission from Lake Days Eufaula, LLC Resort. Again, as above, no liability for losses or damages will fall on or against Lake Days Eufaula, LLC Resort.

WAIVER OF LIABILTY

• I agree to comply with all the rules and restrictions of Lake Days Eufaula, LLC Resort Aqua Park. I understand that if I do not comply with the above specified Don’ts and restrictions; I will not be allowed to use the Aqua Park Facilities.
• I am aware that the physical exertion required to participate inside the Aqua Park can cause, activate or aggravate, non existing and pre-existing physical injuries, diseases and /or medical conditions. I release Lake Days Eufaula, LLC Resort from all liability claims, damages and causes of actions for loss, damages or injury to my person.
• I acknowledge that the level of participation whether aggressive or passive is always completely up to the individual. I am aware that once I have completed the safety briefing beforehand, no refund will be made.
• I agree that I am personally liable and responsible for paying any claims which may arise because of the use of the Aqua Park, including but not limited to any claims for personal injury, for property damage or loss of equipment caused by my negligence.
